PRODUCTS

Popular Brands
To insure that you have the best products available, we offer a large product selection from both national and local providers. We offer the most popular brands (i.e.: Coke™, Pepsi™, Snickers™, Doritos™, M & Ms™, Gardettos™) and continuously look for new products so you will always have the best selection available.

Healthy "Red Tag" Items
As part of our “To Your Health Program”, we place a red tag below each snack item that meets specific nutritional guidelines. Each snack machine has 5 to 10 red tag items available for purchase.

 

 

SERVICE

Pleasant, Well-Trained, Uniformed Employees
We believe quality work comes from quality people. Each of our employees must pass a series of tests and background checks before being hired to provide vending service to you. In addition, route personnel are required to take an annual route service training program.

Clean Equipment
We clean and sanitize each machine thoroughly when it is serviced. The state health inspector for vending machines consistently gives us exceptional reviews.

Quick Repairs
We maintain a fleet of radio-dispatched service vans throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. This means that we respond to today's service calls today... not tomorrow. In addition, regular preventive maintenance is performed so your machines deliver product, not problems.

Responsive Supervisors
Our route supervisors provide an important field response function for customer needs and requests. When you need free vend service, a special delivery or a face-to-face meeting with management, our route supervisors respond quickly.

Customer Care
Our customer care department contacts you on a regular basis to handle your requests and keep you up-to-date about our products and services.

We’re Local!
We provide local management and support for all services to eliminate the problems with a long distance relationship. Our management team makes frequent on-site visits to insure that your equipment is clean, filled and working properly.

 

 

EQUIPMENT

Modern Equipment
We buy new vending machines (not used). This helps reduce service calls and provide you with continuous service, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Dollar Coin & Dollar Bill Acceptance
Validators are installed on all machines to accept the $1 coin, $1 bill and $5 bill.

Commercial Grade Ovens
According to the Automatic Merchandiser State of the Vending Industry Report nearly 40 percent of the microwave ovens used in the vending industry are consumer models. We use commercial grade ovens that are built for high-use locations.

 

 

FRESH FOOD

Fresh Ingredients
Fresh food starts with fresh ingredients. Bread, meat and produce are delivered daily. Sandwiches, salads, entrées and desserts are prepared daily to insure you receive fresh product for your employees.

Variety
Using only choice meats and the freshest produce and baked good, we create over 1200 types of delicious entrees, sandwiches, salads and snacks. We also customize menu selections to meet your individual needs.

Freshness Dating
Each fresh food item includes a list of ingredients and a "GOOD THRU" date to assure the quality and taste you look forward to, time after time.

Suggested Heating
Fresh food items also include a “SUGGESTED HEATING” setting, printed on the label, which helps prevent overheating.

"To Your Health" Items
We also offer a “TO YOUR HEALTH” program featuring sandwiches, salads, stuffed potatoes, vegetables and casseroles that are either low-calorie, low-fat or meet our “To Your Health” guidelines. These items have a red ingredient label, along with a second “Nutrition Facts” label for you to reference the calories, fat, sodium, etc.

Very Very Vegetarian
We offer meatless items to those who prefer salads, sandwiches and entrées without the meat. These items have the "VERY VERY VEGETARIAN" label on them so they can be easily identified.

We Make Our Own Food
Our Food Production Center is located within the 44,000 square foot corporate headquarters of D&S Food Services at 16300 W. Silver Spring Drive in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. We produce over 25,000 fresh products per week and can adjust our menu quickly to meet the needs of our patrons.

Taste Tested
Our Product Development Team meets weekly to taste test our fresh food items. Each item is graded on appearance, taste, texture and quality. Also, unsold food items are checked and graded as well.
